Industrial fuel dispensers in the GESPASA STE series are designed to meet the
requirements of professional environments with high operational intensity, such as industrial plants, logistics centres, heavy workshops or facilities with a high volume of fuel transactions.
Each unit features a self-priming self-adjusting vane pump, with an eccentric rotor and an integrated degassing system, enabling a constant flow without pulsations, even during extended operations.
Depending on the model, the flow rate ranges between 80 and 110 litres per minute, adapting to the supply requirements of complex installations or centralised fleets.
The internal bypass system and the suction filter provide additional protection for the hydraulic circuit and a longer service life for the unit.
From a construction standpoint, STE dispensers are built with a main body in aluminium and stainless steel, combined with a carbon steel head.
This combination ensures high resistance to corrosion, mechanical impacts and demanding environmental conditions.
For regulated environments, versions with ATEX certification are available, complying with European regulations for areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
The integration of these dispensers with GK-7 or GK-7Plus controllers, and their
compatibility with DieselPlus software, enable advanced supply management, including user identification, full traceability, litre preselection and
remote connection via RS-485 or GPRS, depending on configuration.
