Filters (Microfilters and replacement kits)
GESPASA develops advanced filters that ensure fuel cleanliness and
protection for pumps, meters and control equipment, thanks to the
effective removal of impurities, water and bacteria.
Their robust construction and high efficiency make them an ideal solution
for both fixed and mobile installations where consistent quality is required in
supply.
High-efficiency microfilters
The FG 100 is a 5 µm microfilter particularly suitable for diesel,
petrol, kerosene and AVGAS/Jet-A1.
It combines performance and operational visibility by integrating hydrophobic filter paper in an
aluminium housing with a transparent body, enabling a quick visual inspection of
the element’s condition.
Its separation capacity removes up to 93% of the water present in the fluid,
ensuring a clean supply even under demanding conditions.
The filter operates with flow rates of up to 105 l/min, withstands maximum pressures of
5 bar and temperatures between −10 °C and +50 °C.
It also features a drain valve for sediment removal, simplifying
maintenance without needing to shut down the system.
The FG 300 and FG 450 models are designed for staged filtration within
high-efficiency microfiltration systems, suitable for diesel and liquid fuels
in general, providing greater safety and quality to the
purification process.
Although specific datasheets are not available for FG 150 and FG 1000, both are part of the same
range, with progressive filtration capacities and housings adapted to different flow rates and
demanding operating environments.
Recommended applications
As intermediate protection in storage facilities, logistics supply operations or in
upstream connections to pumps and meters, to ensure
fluid preservation and maintain the integrity of downstream equipment.
