For the BLUE BD-30GE range, aimed at AdBlue®/DEF dispensing, they offer an electronic display, volume preset and high accuracy, adapted to specific regulations for pesticides and technical fluids.

TOTEM 100/75 Plus - Diesel dispenser with GK-7 control

The GESPASA TOTEM 100/75 Plus dispenser is a complete solution for controlled diesel dispensing in fixed installations, integrating all required components in a vertical, robust design suitable for outdoor use.
The unit incorporates the advanced GK-7Plus management system, capable of authorising users, recording each refuelling by vehicle and user, and automatically synchronising data with the DIESELPLUS web platform, enabling comprehensive control of fuel consumption.

It is available in 75 and 85 litres per minute versions, thanks to its eccentric self-priming vane pumps with self-adjusting vanes (IRON or AG-100 models, depending on flow rate).
The metering system includes an MGI-110 pulse emitter with Hall effect and ±0.5% accuracy, ensuring reliable metrological control even under variable conditions.
For ease of service, an automatic nozzle and a 4-metre hose are integrated, all housed in a steel chassis treated against corrosion and with IP-55 weather protection, ideal for extended outdoor use.

This dispenser is intended for private fleets, agricultural cooperatives, industrial facilities and civil engineering operations, where consumption traceability is an essential requirement.
Compared with basic solutions, the TOTEM Plus offers a professional structure, greater durability and remote management capability that optimises fuel use and minimises losses.

TOTEM BLUE BD-30GE - Professional AdBlue® dispenser

The TOTEM BLUE BD 30GE and BD 30PLUS models are vertical dispensers designed for controlled AdBlue® (urea) dispensing, with particular attention to the protection of internal components against the corrosive properties of the fluid.
They are equipped with a self-priming diaphragm pump resistant to aggressive products, enabling a nominal flow rate of 25–30 l/min.
The BD 30GE version operates with a direct electronic readout, while the BD 30PLUS adds the GK-7Plus management module, with the ability to manage users, record refuelling by vehicle and access data from the DIESELPLUS platform via internet.

Both models incorporate the MGI-110 pulse emitter with Hall technology (±0.5% accuracy), ensuring reliable measurement of the volume dispensed.
The vertical, compact chassis is made of lacquered steel, with anti-corrosion protection treatment and sealed components with IP-55 protection, suitable for outdoor use.
Each dispenser includes a 4-metre hose and an automatic nozzle with a special AdBlue® spout, ensuring clean dispensing without drips.

TOTEM BLUE is perfectly suited to industrial installations, cooperatives, transport companies and own fleets, where AdBlue® consumption control is crucial both for compliance with environmental regulations and for operational efficiency.
