COMPACT fuel dispensers
The range of Gespasa fuel dispensers is designed to provide complete fuel dispensing solutions, from compact mechanical configurations to advanced electronic systems.
These units ensure reliability, accuracy and ease of use in mixed environments such as
mobile stations, fixed installations or industrial fleets.
Models: COMPACT 100 Plus, COMPACT 75 Plus, COMPACT 50 Plus, COMPACT 50M (mechanical)
GESPASA COMPACT fuel dispensers are designed to deliver a complete and
rugged refuelling solution for private installations, haulage companies, agricultural cooperatives, public works and industry.
They are fuel dispensing units that integrate pump, meter and accessories in a single compact body,
ensuring easy installation, reliability and accuracy in fuel control.
General features of the COMPACT range
• Available flow rates: from 50 to 100 L/min, depending on model.
• Metering accuracy: ±0.5%, with mechanical or electronic oval-gear meters.
• Rugged construction: hard-wearing metal body, designed for demanding industrial environments.
• Easy installation: ready-to-use dispensers with simple tank connections.
• Management options: versions with electronic controllers for consumption logging and control (users, vehicles, litres dispensed).
• Fluid compatibility: diesel fuel, biodiesel and other non-corrosive hydrocarbons.
• Guaranteed safety: safety valves, automatic shut-off nozzles and
certified hoses.
COMPACT fuel dispensers stand out for their compact, portable design, ideal for supplying
vehicles or machinery with easy mobility.
The mechanical COMPACT 50M kit, for example, includes a treated anti-corrosion steel frame
housing a self-priming vane pump, an MG 80 mechanical meter with ±1%
accuracy and a 4 m hose with automatic nozzle.
In the Plus (electronic) versions, such as the COMPACT 100GE 230, a oval-gear volumetric system is added
(MGI 110 with Hall-effect sensor ±0.5%) and a 6-digit electronic display, with litre preset and direct connection to controllers such as the GK
7.
Their compact frame, gloss epoxy finish and weather-resistant design make them reliable units for demanding conditions.
Typical application: Ideal for fleet refuelling, service vehicles or
space-constrained locations.
